Marilize Erasmus’ previous roles include that of Joint Chief Operating Officer of AdvTech Resourcing and Managing Director of Network Recruitment.In this role she was responsible for leading the Training Division.

She holds a BA degree from the University of Stellenbosch, has completed a Leadership course through University of Pretoria (GIBS) and is certified as an Executive Coach. Marilize’s passion and purpose in life is developing leaders to their full potential and making a meaningful difference in the growth of companies.

Hennie Erasmus

Hennie ensures that sanity prevails when the waters are stormy. He has a B.com Acc degree and manages the Financial and Operational Portfolios in the business.

Jumarie Erasmus

Jumarie joined Placement People as the social media marketing assistant to contribute to the branding and marketing strategy of Placement People on their social media platforms. In 2015 she obtained her Interior Design Degree with honors. With creative thinking, innovative ideas and design skills, she creates and develops the brand awareness of Placement People online. Marketing and ad design have changed her life and she hopes to change the lives of candidates seeking new recruitment opportunities through our online marketing. 

Samantha Meyer

Samantha is an ambitious young lady who has a degree in Psychology and Sociology. She is passionate about people and values candidate and client conversations, whether intense or humoristic. She has come to know that recruitment is her established network to connect and reconnect individuals and place them on their next step to success. She believes in sowing goods seeds in recruitment and that good seeds will produce the promised results to both candidates and clients. Having the right mindset is what leads to the right outcome.

Madelein Groenewald

Madelein is a seasoned recruitment consultant with a total of 13years in the Industry.  Her career started with Advtech resourcing where she worked herself up from Recruitment specialist, to Team Leader and moved into a Production Management role from there.  Her previous industry knowledge is Information Technology. She joined Placement People in 2019 and is looking to make a difference in the Rec to Rec recruitment space.  Madelein is passionate about people and has the best interests at heart for both her candidates and clients.

Thato Mothibi

Apart from his bubbly personality, he has always been a people person.
Recruitment is the name and Sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing is the GAME.
A reserved guy who has an honours degree in Educational Psychology with a passion to understand the psyche behind people

Chloe Kgotleng

Chloe is a motivated and driven Honours graduate who studied Psychology and Communication with Media Studies. She is interested in bettering lives of all South Africans by pairing befitting candidates with great clients. Chloe has been in the recruitment industry for a short period of time but shows great potential to do well and expand her wings within the industry. She views herself as a change agent and is highly passionate about recruitment as it embodies the core concept of Psychology which is “Help those who need help, even if it gets tough”.
